Two springs ago, renowned author and New York Times columnist Thomas L. Friedman appeared in a packed Chapin Hall to deliver his lecture, “The World is Flat: Some Second Thoughts.” Those who missed his dazzling presentation can now view it online.

When Did Williams' Libraries Begin?
Having told us a couple of months ago where Sawyer Library's headed in the near future, the online journal by Steve Satullo '69 now takes us back a couple of centuries to Williams' first library and how it evolved through the early 1900s. More installments to come this summer as Steve continues to create context for Williams' new center for the humanities and social sciences.

Charitable Gift Annuity Rates to Drop
On July 1, 2008, Williams will lower its gift annuity rates. This change will only affect new gift annuities. Existing annuities will be unaffected. Williams Tops Amherst in Commemorative Baseball
